These terms and conditions of sale (Terms and Conditions of Sale) explain your rights and obligations in relation to any purchase, order, receipt, or delivery of any product from Tracknite LLP t/a Tracknite, and its subsidiaries or affiliates through http://www.tracknite.co.uk (the Website).
Tracknite is committed to providing quality products and the highest levels of customer service across every aspect of its business.
Delivery
Delivery of electronic licence keys happens as an integral part of the ordering process. Where the shipping of a product(s) is required, Tracknite will endeavour to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Standard methods and rates of delivery will be used and charged, respectively, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Evaluation Products
Tracknite is committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible, so we allow you to trial all our software products for a limited period risk free. At the end of this period the trial product will limit the features available until a valid license key is supplied.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with any Product you have purchased from us, you may return the Product to us and obtain a refund of the price of the returned Product if you contact us within 7 Calendar Days of delivery of the Product.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
You may not return a Product and claim a refund if the Product concerned is a Software license key which we supplied. There are evaluation versions of our software available via download for customers to evaluate product suitability prior to purchase. Extensions to this trial period may be requested by emailing support.
Refund Procedure
Please contact us to make arrangements for your return. You will be provided with an RMA number and a return address to which the Product should be returned quoting the RMA number.
Limitation of Liability
These limits do not supersede your statutory rights. For products purchased on the Website, the maximum liability of Tracknite LLP t/a Tracknite shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. Tracknite LLP t/a Tracknite shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
Other Information
It is advisable to print a copy of your order for your information in the future. Electronic licence keys are unique to your order.
If you purchased any Tracknite product in the UK from the Website, any contract between us will be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract. All dealings, correspondence and contracts between us will be made or conducted in the English language.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect any other rights granted by law.
